Events | ADIDAS running event for the launching of miCoach
There will be an ADIDAS running event this Saturday, 5 PM, at the Bonifacio High Street at The Fort, Taguig City. This event will be the official launching of the ADIDAS miCoach, adidas‘ interactive personal training and coaching system
As I’ve read from their website, miCoach looks at the heart rate of every runner and works from there. After monitoring the heart rate of the runner, the micoach helps the runner in four heart rate zones which have different effect: 1) Maximal effort boost your power and speed; 2) Hard effort improves your cardio strength; 3) Medium effort extends your endurance and optimally burns calories; and 4) Easy effort builds your aerobic base and improves recovery. Also, the Adidas MICOACH has a real-time feedback feature which lets you know as you work out which zone you’re in. You can also sync your MICOACH pacer to the ADIDAS website in order to get coaching feedback online.
This would be a great training tool if ever you’re looking for training help.
If you’re interested, go to the Bonifacio High Street for the event. Register at RUNNR now. Slots are limited, so I suggest that you get yours asap. Also, you can join in their treadmill challenge where you could win running gear from Adidas, and quite possibly your own miCoach Training System.
ADIDAS, ADDIDAS, ADIDDAS, ADDIDDAS, however you may spell it, it doesn’t matter. They have made a system that would help you in your training. What matters now is that you get your own miCoach Training System. Its miCoach, not myCoach. Got it? Get it!

I was also wondering why it was that late. I guess people at the fort jog at that hour. Haha. Or maybe they have some kind of show by the evening. A concert maybe? Haha.
