Lean anything about the Apple iPad, Apad/iRobot, or Samsung Galaxy Tab so far? Well, I haven’t. The specs above are only for those who are technically inclined. Well, I for one am not. So even if you say that the Apple iPad is good because of its specs, or the Apad/iRobot, or the Samsung Galaxy Tab for that matter, it wuldn’t matter to me. My basis for judging the Apple iPad, Apad/iRobot, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab is actual experience.
Now for the reviews.
The Apple iPad. Well, I am an Apple fan, but I will try to be fair in judging. First of all, the interface of the Apple iPad is much like the Apple iPod Touch (iTouch). As such, it’s just an iPod Touch made bigger. Still, it is a good concept since I do a lot of reading on my iPod Touch and iPhone, and the screen is just too small. The Apple iPad made it easier for me. It has a bigger screen which is very good for reading e-books, documents, emails, and such. Also, te speed is very good. Still, I haven’t noticed anything new in the APPLE IPAD as is with the other smaller Apple mobile items.
The Apad/iRobot. The Apad/iRobot is known as an iPad knock-off. It looks much like the apple ipad. The difference is thyat it runs on Android. It’s not as fast as the aPPLE IpAD, but the performance is quite good. The speed is nice and the display is just a bit below the Apple iPad. The interface of the Apad/iRobot is also much like the Apple iPad. I’s a mobile PC. And it is good for viewing movies, as I do, listening for music, as I do, and for viewing documents. The Apad/iRobot truly could rival the Apple iPad. The Apad/iRobot just falls short of being equal to the Apple iPad. But, the Apad/iRobot comes in different sizes namely 5”, 7”, and 10”. It knocks the Apple iPad in that sense.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab. If the Apple iPad is a huge Apple iPod Touch, then I would say that the SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB looks lik a big 02 XDA Mini, if you could remember such gadgets. As with the performance, the Samsung Galaxy Tab performs very well. Samsung Galaxy Tab is worthy of being put against the iPad. Very Very Very nice.
If I would put the gadgets in order according to my preferences, then it would be as such…
As to the Price
- 1. Apad/iRobot
- 2. Samsung Galaxy Tab
- Apple iPad
As to performance
- Apple iPad
- 2. Samsung Galaxy Tab
- 3. Apad/iRobot
As to status
- Apple iPad
- sAMSUNG gALAXY tAB
- 3. Apad/iRobot
As to practicality
- APAD/IROBOT
- Samsung Galaxy Tab
- Apple iPad
So, if I were to choose, I would buy the apad/irobot rather than the other two. Why? Because I get the best of both worlds, the looks of the Apple iPad, and the performance of the Samsung Galaxy Tab.But if money isn’t a problem, then I would certainly buy the Apple iPad. But if I would like to look professional, then I would choose the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
