The animé titled “Major” goes for its 6th season. For animé fans, this is relevant.
The animé has made 5 seasons wherein it has told the tale of Goro Shigeno, a baseball player, who struggle all through his life as connected with the sport of baseball. His father was a pro baseball player who dies due to an accidental pitch by an American import to Japan which hits his head. This concussion, which was first thought of as nothing, was serious enough that in the early morning of the next day he dies. Then his guardian marries a pro baseball player who was his father’s bestfriend. All through his life, he has struggled in baseball. These struggles include his stubborn nature to beat the best little league team in the country with his newly formed team of newbies, his desire to beat the best baseball team in the college scene, and ultimately to play against the man who caused his father’s death, Gibson.
In its 6th season, Major covers Goro Shigeno’s life as he enters the Major League in the USA. This is a new view since all the other seasons I’ve watched were actually leading up to the ultimate goal of Goro Shigeno to face off with Gibson. Now, in the 6th season, the focus shifts to his experience in the Majors. The question now is “How will Goro Shigeno do in the Major League?”
