TV Shows : Sanctuary, A haven for all Species
Sanctuary
I don’t know if you already know this, but there is a show called Sanctuary. The Sanctuary, as I have stated in the title, is a haven for all species, they’re called abnormals, Humans being the standard for the word “normal.” Sanctuary is a big organization that studies abnormals and, if the need arises, provides for protection for these so-called abnormals.
Sanctuary is headed by Magnus, a woman who has lived for more than a hundred years by virtue of the source blood that she and 4 other men injected into themselves. This source blood is considered to be Vampire blood. Only Magnus is working at the Sanctuary, while the other four went their separate ways.
In every episode of Sanctuary, well most of them, they show a different kind of abnormal, and the story behind it. An organization called Cabal is the opposite of the Sanctuary in that their aim is to use such abnormals for their own gain or ambitions. As such, there is some kind of race between the Sanctuary and the Cabal as to who gets to the abnormal first.
The Sanctuary is fun to watch in that it shows mythical and mystical creatures that could or could not exist, and do or do not have a basis as to their existence. So, you end up being awed by the creatures that they show at the Sanctuary. Also, you will be awed by the Gadgets and gizmos of the Sanctuary. Most of all, you would wish that you lived in the premises of the Sanctuary, or atleast worked there. I know I would.
Anyway, as of this post, SANCTUARY is at its seventh (7th) episode in its third (3rd) season. Watch the Sanctuary, or atleast try to watch it. Just the first, or first few, episodes of the Sanctuary would surely get you hooked. The first episode of the Sanctuary got me curios, just to know that as I watch sanctuary I was hooked. Try it!
